I am so happy with this company. We live out of state and are not there to keep up with maintenance without the help of honest people. They replaced an old AC unit for us, a few years ago. They recently serviced that, an older unit, and our furnace for a very reasonable price. I can’t say enough about how professional and helpful they have been!

Pacific Heating installed a new high-efficiency furnace in my home. I had a great experience from start to finish. Rich from Pacific came out and gave me a one-hour consultation about my options…which were daunting, to say the least. They’re based in Morro Bay and the installers work as a team. One of the crew came back same day to drop off extra filters and show me how to operate digital thermostat. I was really impressed and best of all I’m toasty warm!

The person scheduling was just wonderful! I had some conflicts, but she found a time that would work! So happy to have someone really trying to help you when they know you have no heat! Rich came out and was just great! He was concerned it may be an expensive fix but he made sure to check before concluding it was that. Luckily it wasn’t and I have heat and not a huge bill! Highly recommend them! They were just all around pleasant and just the old small town feel of trying to be helpful. Thanks again Pacific Heating!

I have been using Pacific Heating for my heating and cooling systems and they are fantastic. My air conditioning went out during the 100 degree heatwave we had here in SLO and they came out the next day for me. Rich is wonderful and the office staff Danielle is fantastic.

Pacific Heat installed air conditioning in our first home and did a great job.. Thorough, knowledgeable, polite, the installer sold and installed the perfect unit and left the area cleaner than before he arrived. We were so happy with the first job that we used them for our next home. Office staff “Danielle” and installers were great. We purchased combo heating and air units for each room. Great product, quiet and energy-saving! We only heat or cool the rooms we are using. Same good service the second time. Great service, great business!!!

Fast professional service. They did such a good job on my home I called them when my mom was having issues. They did a great job for her as well. This is the only HVAC company I will be using in the future or recommending to friends and family.
